    Insignis Web App

    Insignis Web App

    Insignis Web App.

Web platform development for client onboarding which allowed to cut down on client engagement times. This was reflected by a short-term portfolio growth of 25-30%. Development of client management boards which boosted growth visibility and request status.

    Industry: Bank and Financial Services
    Client: Insignis

    Service: Agile Software Development.
    Engagement Model:
    Dedicated Teams.

    Technology: .NET

    Background.

Insignis is a company dedicated to capital investments. It had a manual onboarding system where clients and its applicants had to fill out registration and affiliation forms in PDF format. In order to streamline the affiliation process and improve the user experience, the company decided to create a digital platform. In this case, the client’s main business need was developing an app that could be used to fill out application requests for registration to the Insignis platform, thus improving user experience.

    Challenges.

The client was looking for a technology partner to help develop a web onboarding application that would eliminate the need for paper forms and reduce the time it took for customers to register to the platform.

    Business Goals.

The service aims at developing an agile onboarding platform with a user-friendly interface. The solution was developed using an agile methodology framework, which ensured continuous deliveries of valuable software. This allowed us to meet and exceed customer expectations on agreed dates, with the greatest value that the team could offer.

    Solution.

The working scheme was tailored to the client’s needs, which meant a competitive advantage. Based on this, each amended requirement became new information during the development process. This allowed us to quickly take in any feedback from both internal and external clients, which in turn resulted in faster adaptation times for the product value.

    Results.

Upon launching the application, the client managed to get 30% of their new users to go through the application.
Activity has grown from 60 applications per month to 100 weekly applications as a result of collaborations with new partners. Also, the onboarding application has helped reduce affiliation times so that the result of the project is in line with the client’s expectations.
The client’s current business target is a £3bn increase over the next 18 months, which will go hand in hand with the new project.

      TAMS/ROD AA2000

      TAMS/ROD AA2000

      TAMS/ROD AA2000.

Upgrade, support, and maintenance of the Daily Operative Report (ROD in Spanish) application, responsible for different operations at the airport and the Total Airport Management Systems (TAMS), as well as development of native and web applications for both platforms.

      Industry: Logistics and Transportations
      Client: Aeropuertos Argentina 2000

      Service: Agile Dedicated Teams.
      Engagement Model:
      Dedicated Teams

Technologies: .NET, HTML, CSS, JavaScripts, JQuery, Bootstrap, Oracle

      Background.

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 (AA2000) was the driving force behind 35 air terminals in Argentina, becoming the world’s largest private operator. With over 2,100 passionate professionals, AA2000 not only managed airports; it created experiences, connected communities, and set new standards in the airport industry.

      Challenges.

AA2000 faced the need to reinvent the traveler experience. The challenge: to modernize, transform, and expand its infrastructure and services to create an efficient and sustainable network of air terminals. The ultimate goal? To elevate customer service quality and optimize internal operations.

      Business Goals.

Aeropuertos Argentina 2000 sought a comprehensive solution to enhance its digital operations. Their main objective was to update and improve the ROD (Daily Operational Report) and TAMS (Total Airport Management Systems) platforms to effectively respond to new IT department demands.

The company required the development of an Android application and a web version of these platforms to facilitate access and use by their team anytime, anywhere. Additionally, they aimed to significantly reduce ticket resolution times and decrease the frequency of ticket generation.

A crucial objective was to achieve more efficient management of various resources across all airports under their management. This involved improving the ability to plan, allocate, and monitor resources, from personnel to equipment and physical spaces.

In summary, Aeropuertos Argentina sought a digital transformation that would not only optimize their internal processes but also elevate the quality of service offered to passengers and airlines, thus consolidating their position as a leader in airport management.

      Solution.

To address Aeropuertos Argentina’s challenges, we formed a specialized development team that focused on two key areas:

Upgrade of the ROD (Daily Operational Report) system: We performed a comprehensive update of the ROD system, significantly improving its capacity to process daily airport operations. We focused on optimizing report generation, implementing new functionalities that allowed for more efficient data collection and analysis. This improvement facilitated the acquisition of crucial information for operational decision-making, providing managers with a clearer and up-to-date view of daily airport activities.

Evolution of the TAMS (Total Airport Management System): For TAMS, we carried out an integral upgrade at the operational level. Our approach focused on improving support and maintenance of the existing version, resulting in significantly improved operability for the end user. Considering that TAMS is fundamental for total airport management, we optimized its capabilities to manage resources more efficiently, plan flight seasonality, and coordinate daily operations with greater precision.

In addition to these improvements to existing systems, we developed two new applications to facilitate access and use of these platforms:

      1. A native application for Android devices, allowing staff to access crucial information and perform important tasks from anywhere in the airport.

      2. A robust and responsive web application, ensuring that Aeropuertos Argentina employees could use the systems from any device with internet access.

Throughout the development process, we maintained close collaboration with the Aeropuertos Argentina team, ensuring that each improvement and new functionality perfectly aligned with their operational needs and strategic objectives.

This comprehensive solution not only addressed Aeropuertos Argentina’s immediate challenges but also laid the foundation for greater operational efficiency and better resource management across their entire airport network.

      Results.

The project achieved an overall optimization of the ROD and TAMS platforms, significantly improving their operability. A notable reduction in ticket generation was achieved, and problem resolution was expedited. As a final result, the new versions TAMS 2.0 and ROD 2.0 were successfully developed and launched, marking a milestone in the efficiency of airport management.
